REGISTRATION & BOOKING
1. Do I need to be a FRx member to book an ice-skating session?
- Yes, you need to be FRx member to pre-register and participate in the ice-skating sessions. If you are
not a member, membership is FREE, and you can register when you book for a session at
https://FrasersExperience.com/book/SkateandShine
- Alternatively, approach our event crew, should you require in-person assistance for FRx Membership
sign up.
2. How can I book an ice-skating session?

- There is no limit to the number of sessions you can book in a day, subject to availability.

3. If I am at the mall, can I walk in for an ice-skating session?
4. I would like to make a booking for my family and I am unable to add more than 1 adult in my booking. Why
is that so?
- Please note that bookings can only be made by an individual FRx member for his/her children. All other
adults who would like to participate are required to make a separate booking.
5. Is there a limit to the number of adults or children I can register for a single session?
- You can only register a maximum of 1 adult and 4 children in a single booking.
6. Do I need to book a slot for myself if my children are the ones who are participating in the session?
- No, you do not need to book a slot for yourself. If your child is between the ages of 5 to 17
years old, you may register on behalf of your child using your FRx membership.
- Individuals who are 18 years and above are considered adults and are required to have their own
FRx membership and booking.
7. I did not receive a booking confirmation / cannot find my confirmation booking; can I still participate
in the event or show up for my session?
- Please note that a confirmation booking is required for entry. If you did not receive a confirmation
email, please check your junk email folder for the email or contact:

us to provide you with the booking confirmation details again.
- Please note that if the booking confirmation is not presented, you may be denied entry to the event.

Participants will be provided with ice skates, safety gear, and may enjoy 30 minutes of
ice-skating including the use of ice-skating aids. Skating aids are available on a first come
first served basis and may not be reserved.

Mid-calf socks are mandatory, and participants are encouraged to bring their own mid-calf socks
for their comfort. Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at $3 a pair. Payment may be
made
on-site via PayNow.
3. Are there any age and height requirements for this event?
- Children between the ages of 5 to 6 years old must always accompanied by an adult. When booking,
please ensure bookings are made for both the child and accompanying adult.
- Participants must be at least 7 years of age to skate without parental accompaniment.
- Skating aids are available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants who wish to use the
skating aids will need to meet the minimum height of 100cm.
- For safety reasons, children who are not confident skaters should not be permitted in the rink without
parental accompaniment regardless age.

EVENT DETAILS
1. Where and when will the ice-skating sessions be held?
2. What time should I arrive for my ice-skating?
- Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of their allocated session.
- Each booking will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from the start of the allocated session,
thereafter, your session will be released and deemed as no-show.
3. What do I need to do when I arrive at the event?
- Please prepare your booking confirmation email and ensure that everyone in your booking party
is present.
4. What do I need to bring to the event?
- Mid-calf socks are mandatory, and participants are encouraged to bring their own mid-calf socks for
their comfort.
- Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at $3 a pair. Payment may be made on-site via PayNow.
5. I have registered my child but not myself for the event, will I be allowed entry into the
ice-skating rink?
- Unfortunately, non-participants will not have access to the ice-skating rink.
- However, you will be permitted to assist your child with wearing their skates and safety gear from the
holding area.
6. Will lockers be provided?
- Lockers will not be provided; however, cubby holes will be available at the holding area for
use. You are discouraged from leaving any personal valuables in the cubby holes.
WHEELCHAIR-ACCESSIBLE SESSIONS

- Wheelchair-accessible slots are limited and subject to availability at each participating mall.
- Wheelchair-accessible sessions are limited to a maximum of 3 bookings per user for the entire event to
allow more participants to enjoy the activity.
2. Which malls offer wheelchair-accessible sessions?
- Wheelchair-accessible sessions are available at Causeway Point, Northpoint City and Waterway
Point only.
3. Will my wheelchair be suitable for the synthetic ice-skating rink?
- Wheelchair-accessible sessions are open to users with standard manual wheelchairs that have single or
double wheels ranging from 4" (100mm) to 16" (406mm) in diameter and up to 2" (50mm) wide.
- The wheels should have spokes to allow for the attachment of strap-on adaptive skis.
- Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer to pushchairs available at the event.
4. Will assistance be provided for wheelchair users?
- Event crew will assist wheelchair users throughout the 30-minute session.
5. I have a caregiver, can they join me in the ice-ice-skating rink?
- Every registered wheelchair user is entitled to have one caregiver join them in the ice-skating rink
during the same session.
- Caregivers will not be permitted to steer the wheelchairs for safety reasons but may skate alongside
their loved ones. Please inform our friendly event crew and they will assist you.
- Should caregivers opt not to skate, they may wait in the holding area.
EVENT DETAILS
1. I have made a wheelchair accessible booking. How will I access the ice-skating rink?
- You may proceed to the event area and our trained event crew will assist by either attaching
adaptive skis to your manual wheelchair or facilitating a transfer to a pushchair.
2. What do I need to do when I arrive at the event?
- Simply please present your booking confirmation email to check in, then let us know your
preference – manual wheelchair with adaptive skis or pushchair.
3. Do I need to bring anything specific to the event?
- No additional equipment is required. We have got you covered!

7. I was informed that my ice-skating session was cancelled due to safety concerns. Will I be
given a refund?
- All outdoor ice-skating events are held under tentage.
- However, in the event of heavy rain, the event organiser may choose to cancel the ice-skating session
as a fall prevention, should the rink become wet.
- Under such circumstances, a full refund will be offered to all affected participants.
- An email notification on the cancellation will be sent to your email account registered to your FRx
membership account. Full refunds will be processed within 14 business working days.

A. GENERAL TERMS
1. Consumer advisory — Frasers Property Retail Management Pte Ltd, the holder of FRx Gift Card stored value
facility, does not require the approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore. Consumers (users) are advised to
read the terms and conditions carefully.
2. Purchasers are required to download the complimentary Frasers Experience (FRx) app and sign up as an FRx

to qualify for this promotion.

B. HOW TO APPLY FOR FRASERS EXPERIENCE MEMBERSHIP
1. Frasers Experience (FRx) is Frasers Property Retail’s multi-feature app, which allows FRx members to shop,
dine
and play seamlessly. FRx provides an enhanced customer experience, bringing greater ease and utility to shoppers
across the following 12 Frasers Property Singapore malls:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Hougang Mall, Northpoint City, Robertson Walk, Tampines
1, The Centrepoint, Tiong Bahru Plaza, Valley Point, Waterway Point and White Sands.
2. To apply, download the FRx app which is available on the App Store and Google Play and start enjoying FRx

3. Membership is FREE. Local residents aged 18 and above may register as a Member via the FRx
app or through
Customer Service at any Frasers Property Singapore malls. During the registration process, the applicant must
provide his/her current, complete and accurate personal particulars as requested, including without limitation,
his/her full name, date of birth, local address, a verified Singapore mobile number and such other information
as
may be required from time to time.
4. The applicant will be required to perform a one-time verification of their local mobile number in order to
access the Programme on the FRx app or through Customer Service at any of the Frasers Property Singapore malls.
C. EVENT

The Skate and Shine Event [‘Event’] is open to all FRx members and their immediate family
and is held from 21 Nov – 26 Dec 2023 (excluding Mondays) at the following participating Frasers Property
Singapore malls:
Causeway Point, Century Square, Eastpoint Mall, Northpoint City, The Centrepoint, Tiong
Bahru Plaza, Waterway Point and White Sands.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION

2.1. From 17 November 2023, FRx members can book an ice-skating session at
https://FrasersExperience.com/book/SkateandShine

2.2. Shoppers will require an FRx membership to book this event. FRx membership is free and may be
activated as part of the guided booking process. Individuals who are 18 years old are required to
have their own FRx membership.

2.3. A registration fee of S$10 (inclusive of GST) is required for event participation. Booking of
an event session is compulsory prior to attending the event, sessions are available on a
first-come-first-served basis.

2.4. Do note that skating rinks may be located either indoors or outdoors. Outdoor ice-skating rink
will be sheltered with tentage.

2.6. This event is open to shoppers and their children between the ages of 5 to 17 years old.

2.7. Shoppers can only register for themselves and their children, with a maximum of 1 adult and 4

session is released to other registrants.

- EVENT DETAILS
- 3.1. Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile
number, prior to their session
timing, to confirm their attendance. Participants should arrive 15 minutes prior to their allocated
ice-skating session.
- 3.2. Each session will be held for a maximum of 15 minutes from its designated start time,
thereafter, your slot will be released and deemed as no-show.
- 3.3. The event will require about 45-minutes. This consists of a 15-minute briefing and skate
fitting, followed by 30 minutes of ice-skating. Participants must exit the skating rink at the end
of their sessions when informed by event crew.
- 3.4. It is recommended for participants to bring a pair of mid-calf socks for the skating session.
Alternatively, socks are available for purchase at $3 a pair, payment may be made on-site via
PayNow.
- 3.5. Participants will be provided with ice skates in accordance with their requested skate size
along with safety gear, including a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads and gloves.
- 3.6. No entry into the rink will be granted to individuals without skates and safety gear except for
authorised event personnel.
- 3.7. No lockers are provided. All participants are responsible for their personal belongings during
the event. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will not be
responsible for any personal items stolen or left within or around the premises.
- 3.8. All outdoor skating events are sheltered. However, in the event of heavy rain, the event
organiser may choose to cancel the ice-skating session as a fall prevention measure. Under such
circumstances, a full refund will be offered to all affected
participants. An email notification on the cancellation will be sent to your email account
registered to your FRx membership account. Full refunds will be processed within 14 business working
days.
- PAYMENT
- 4.1 Each booking is $10, inclusive of 8% GST, regardless of age, and is applicable to all
participants who book a slot.
- 4.2 There will be strictly no cash payment for this event, only payment via PayNow will be accepted.
- 4.3 There will strictly be no refunds for confirmed bookings, no-shows, and latecomers. Partial
refunds will not be granted for no-shows or latecomers who are part of group bookings.
- WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE SESSION
BOOKING & CANCELLATION
- 5.1. Wheelchair-accessible sessions are available at Causeway Point, Northpoint City and Waterway
Point only.
- 5.2 Wheelchair-accessible sessions are limited to a maximum of 3 bookings per user for the entire
period starting 21 November 2023 and ending 10 December 2023.
EVENT DETAILS
- 5.3. Participants may receive a call from the event organiser via their FRx registered mobile
number, prior to the start of their session to confirm their attendance.
- 5.4. Participants are to present their booking confirmation email for verification once they arrive
at the event.
- 5.5. Participants may opt to have their manual wheelchairs fitted with adaptive skis or transfer to
a pushchair with adaptive skis.
- 5.6. Adaptive skis can only be used with standard manual wheelchairs that have single or double
wheels ranging from 4" (100mm) to 16" (406mm) in diameter and up to 2" (50mm) wide. The wheels
should have spokes to allow for the attachment of strap-on adaptive skis. A pushchair would be
recommended if the participant’s wheelchair wheels do not meet the above dimensions.
- 5.7 Event crew will steer the wheelchair within the ice-skating rink throughout the 30-minute
session.
- 5.8. A single caregiver may join the wheelchair user in the skating rink during their allotted
session. Caregivers will not be permitted to steer the wheelchairs for safety reasons but may wear
ice-skates and skate alongside their loved ones.
- 5.9. Caregivers without ice-skates will not be permitted within the rink. Should caregivers opt not
to skate, they may wait in the holding area.
- OTHERS
- 6.1. All other terms and conditions pertaining to the FRx Programme apply.
- 6.2. All personal information within the event booking will be purged from the system 12 months
after the event has ended. For more details, you may refer to Frasers Property Group Privacy Policy,
Privacy Policy Addendum and FRx Terms of Use.
- 6.3. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser reserves the
right to cancel or suspend a skating session at any time on the grounds of public safety.
- 6.4. The Management of Frasers Property Retail and their appointed Event Organiser will not be
liable and shall not be held responsible for any mishaps, injuries and/or loss of property arising
in any way, from a child and/or his/her parents/guardian’s participation in the event. Please refer

- 6.5. In the event of any dispute, decisions made by the Management of Frasers Property Retail and
their appointed Event Organiser will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
- 6.6. Photographs, audio-video or other recordings of you may be taken during this event for use by
the Management and/or any third parties authorised by Frasers Property Retail for the purposes of
publicising or marketing the event, including publication or broadcasts in any corporate or
marketing materials. All recordings, photographs, video and reproductions of the same in any form
are the
property of the Management of Frasers Property Retail and/or its authorised third parties.
